SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time
Our average production time is 5-8 business days. This is the time it takes to make your item before it is ready to ship.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days after the order has been processed. In total, please expect your order to arrive within approximately 2-3 weeks from the order date.

Shipping Cost
Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $8.95.

Tracking Information
We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order is prepared and packed, so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. Keep in mind, some items are shipped from China and are subject to their holiday shipping schedules.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us at info@curatedadventurespro.com. We’ll assist you with locating your tracking information and instructions on how to file a claim with your local carrier, if necessary.
