RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Curated Collections by CAP, we value your satisfaction with every purchase. While we do not offer monetary refunds, we are pleased to provide store credit for returns that meet our policy requirements.
Eligibility for Returns
- Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Email info@curatedadventurespro.com for return authorization before sending back any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned in original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
Store Credit Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
- If approved, store credit will be applied to your account for future purchases.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit.
Exclusions
- ALL SALES ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise at info@curatedadventurespro.com.
- We will arrange an exchange for the unused item at no additional cost. We may request a picture for our records.
- Merchandise is guaranteed to be free from defects for 30 days from the order date, provided care instructions are followed. Normal wear and tear is expected.
